2009 ALL INCLUSIVE RATE
SALMON RUN’S all inclusive standard rate for 5 full days fishing and 6 nights lodging is $2,655.00. Guests will be picked up at Juneau Airport at 4:00 PM on Sunday of the week you have chosen from our 2009 schedule and returned to Juneau the following Saturday by 9:00 AM.
To better plan your fishing date, you might want to consult the fishing chart chart. Rate for children under the age of 12 is $1,995.00 accompanied with an adult.
The above rate includes your transportation from the Juneau Airport to SALMON RUN and return to Juneau, as well as all your Salmon and Halibut fishing gear, bait, boats, and fuel. We also furnish all meals as well as goodies between meals, spacious rooms with private bathrooms and your bedding, towels and wash cloths. We have raingear and boots for you to use or you can bring your own.
You are responsible for your own transportation to Juneau, Alaska. Pack as lightly as you can. The airlines only allow two 50# pieces of checked baggage. If you intend to bring fish home you will have at least one fish box of cleaned, filleted, vacuum packed frozen fish to bring home. Extra fish boxes can be shipped. The airlines will charge extra for any checked baggage over two items.
Make Airline reservations so that you arrive in Juneau before 2:00 P M on Sunday. We will meet you at the Juneau Airport after 2:00 P M and transport you to the Lodge at 4:00 P M. The delay is in case your plane is late in arriving. You will be returned to Juneau Airport the following Saturday about 9:00 A M, so make your departing reservations for after 10:00 A M.
If you are staying in Juneau before or after your stay at our Lodge, you can have the hotel transport you to or from the Airport. The hotels have freezers to store your fish boxes. There are two hotels near the Airport, the BEST WESTERN 888-781-5005 and the TRAVELODGE 888-660-2327. You should make your reservations early as they are quite busy.
We do not furnish or sell alcoholic beverages, but you may bring your own and we will provide a refrigerator in the Lodge for your use. We are a non-smoking facility in the Lodge or in your rooms.
Gratuities for the dock, kitchen and house keeping staff are greatly appreciated and are left up to the individual as you may see fit.
SPECIAL RATES
For those guests that do not wish to stay a full week. SALMON RUN has special rates for one, two, three, or four full days fishing. Your stay will start when we pick you up at the Juneau Airport on Sunday AT 4:00 PM and we will return you to Juneau the morning following your full day(s) fishing, by 9:AM. You will be furnished a meal on the day you arrive and breakfast on the morning you leave. See rate chart below.

SPECIAL ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE DATE
Although we discourage it, if you can not arrive on a Sunday we can make special arrangements to transport you to and from SALMON RUN on days other than those specified. We need to know when you are arriving or departing at least two weeks prior to your arrival. There may be an additional charge due to transportation costs. Changes subject to availability at time of change.
If you must leave early for any reason, upon proper notice we can arrange early leaving transportation. There will be an extra charge for this arrangement, based on our additional cost.
SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS
The above rates are based on fishing four to a skiff and sleeping four to a room. If you wish to fish two to a skiff there will be an extra charge (mostly for extra gasoline) of $100.00 per person. If you come as a couple we will not put you in a room with other guests not in your party.
Alaska fishing licenses are available at the Lodge at $55.00 Subject to change by Fish and Game.
King salmon stamps are $30.00. Subject to change by Fish and Game.
We furnish two boxes of fresh fish. Extra boxes of fish are $25.00 each.
Each skiff is furnished with a GPS and a Depth Finder. We bottom fish for Halibut and troll for Salmon.
In trolling for Salmon our standard furnished equipment is a Salmon rod with line counter reel, 20 0r 30 # line with 5 oz weights, double slip hooks and frozen herring for bait. If you wish to use something else you should bring it. We have some Flashers, Pink-ladies (for depth), spoons and other miscellaneous equipment for sale at the Lodge. We do not furnish any fly fishing equipment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you do not cancel your trip (with two weeks notice) and are a no show, there will be no refund or rebooking of any kind. You may make changes in the date of your trip, with two weeks notice, depending on available dates.
ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. A $100.00 DEPOSIT WILL HOLD YOUR RATE AS SHOWN ABOVE. SEE RESERVATION FORM FOR TERMS AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE. SALMON RUN SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES DUE TO THE UNCERTAINTY OF AIR LINE SCHEDULES, LATE ARRIVING BAGGAGE, AND OR THE WEATHER. TRIP INSURANCE IS ADVISED.
